Support
Paid support for self-hosted Pipoca.
Pipoca’s planned support subscription provides direct operational help from the people building Pipoca. The self-hosted release remains free to run.
What support includes
Direct technical help
Diagnose configuration, deployment, and runtime problems with the people building Pipoca.
Assisted upgrades
Plan and carry out version changes with attention to compatibility and rollback.
Migrations and backups
Get practical help moving an instance and establishing recoverable backups.
Priority bug work
Escalate defects affecting a supported group’s operation.
If support ends
Your Pipoca instance continues working. You retain the image, data, configuration, and responsibility for operating it. There is no remote subscription check that turns the group off.
Not on sale yet
The support program will open after the self-hosted release is ready for outside operators. Talk to the builders if you want to help shape the service before then.
