Pre-launch terms
Terms are being prepared for launch.
Pipoca’s source-available license, flagship community terms, and paid-support agreement are separate documents with different jobs.
Self-hosted software
The source-available license will govern copying, modification, and distribution. Running a self-hosted instance will not require an active support subscription.
Flagship community
The flagship needs its own account and community terms, including acceptable behavior, enforcement, appeals, and service availability. Those rules will apply to the flagship rather than imposing themselves on independent servers.
Paid support
The future support agreement will define covered versions, response expectations, customer responsibilities, and the limits of migration, backup, and priority bug assistance.
BEFORE LAUNCH
These documents require the final corporate entity details, jurisdiction, service scope, and legal review. Until then, this page records the intended boundaries and does not create binding terms.
